You own the content you create, upload, or share using Crafto.ai. We do not claim ownership of your work.
By using Crafto.ai, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. This includes actions such as generating visuals or layouts, storing content, displaying it to you, and making technical adjustments needed to improve the app.
We may also use aggregated or anonymized content data to analyze usage patterns and improve product features. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising without your permission.
Crafto.ai owns all rights to the platform itself, including our technology, systems, branding, and website. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our underlying software or intellectual property.
We work hard to keep Crafto.ai available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. From time to time, we may need to perform maintenance, release updates, or address unexpected issues.
As the product evolves, we may update, pause, or discontinue certain features. If we make significant changes that affect how you use the service, we will do our best to communicate them clearly in advance whenever possible.

Crafto.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to make the service reliable and useful, we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.
Crafto.ai relies on third-party platforms and services (such as hosting, authentication, or integrations). We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, service outages, content loss, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafto.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If you have paid for the service, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
As Crafto.ai grows, we may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Crafto.ai after changes means you accept the new terms.
